Assistant Distribution Manager - Third Shift
WisconnValley Media is seeking an Assistant Distribution Manager to work in our Distribution Center in Racine. The position is responsible for assisting with all phases of home delivery operations in the distribution, delivery and customer satisfaction of The Journal Times, The Kenosha News and related products. This is a 3rd shift position.
Responsibilities include: participation in distribution and staging of printed products, identify early morning delivery issues and working with staff to resolve them. May assist in the delivery of open routes, while maintaining established service levels.
The right candidate will be computer proficient, have a valid driver's license, good driving record and the ability to work under deadline pressure. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds. Strong customer service skills and supervisory experience preferred.
This is a 30-hour per week position with benefits. Must be available to work shifts scheduled Mondays through Fridays,11pm - 5am and/or weekends, 9pm - 5am.
