Our operations team is at the heart of fulfilling and communicating all digital campaigns. As the bridge, providing internal support to our advertising team, they work cooperatively with other departments and act as a liaison between advertising and digital fulfillment. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to our audience as simple and seamless as possible.

This process involves submitting and navigating campaigns through the appropriate channels to ensure on-time fulfillment, maintain calendar availability, problem-solve any post-sale execution challenges, and will be ultimately responsible for the precise execution of all digital campaigns.

The right candidate is a self-motivated, pro-active, team player with strong organizational and verbal & written communication skills. You must have the ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a high-paced high-demand environment. Bonus points if you have an above average knowledge of digital platforms. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required. Experience working with DFP/Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics as well as previously supporting a sales team is preferred.

Job duties/responsibilities:
  • Manage and process orders for digital advertising clients
  • Daily digital fulfillment queue management
  • Support our Account Coordinators & Sales Teams in relation to digital fulfillment - ordering, asset requirements, rate integrity, deliverables, etc
  • Work directly with our digital agency and in-house fulfillment teams via multi-system ordering
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in with varying personalities and leadership levels
  • Enjoy working in a team environment and helping others succeed
  • Quality assurance of digital artwork - liaison with design team and sales team
  • Excellent operational, problem solving, time management and project management skills
