DISTRICT MANAGER

The Tribune-Democratʼs Circulation Department has an immediate opening

for a full-time District Manager. Applicants will be high energy, super-organized

individuals who are able to work efficiently and independently in a challenging

and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include contracting and managing an independent carrier team,

ensuring timely delivery of our newspaper, deliver routes when necessary and

monitoring the customer base while providing superior customer service in a

specific geographic territory. Must be a team player.

Candidates MUST be able to work a schedule that includes the overnight

and very early morning hours. We will train the right person. Hourly rate

plus monthly bonus plan as well as full benefits package.

Valid driverʼs license and reliable vehicle with current insurance are essential.

Criminal background, child abuse clearances (Acts 151 and 34) and motor

vehicle checks will be required.
