Shift

Primarily days with core hours from 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. Additional hours required as workload demands.

About the role:


With a direct reporting relationship to the AVP UK HealthCare ( UKHC) Human Resources, this position leads the UKHC HR Business Partner team and oversees major projects and initiatives for UKHC. This role will work closely with UKHC managers and directors as well as HR unit directors and managers to communicate and coordinate the unique HR support needs for UKHC; and provide leadership guidance and direction to the HR Business Partner team.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
  • Wide HR knowledge base to include Total Rewards and HR Policy/Procedures.
  • Ability to collaborate with leadership teams across the enterprise to create a culture of customer service, quality, integrity, and accountability wherein employees are highly engaged and empowered
  • Act as project manager on key Human Resource (HR) initiatives for implementation into the organization, including, but not limited to, administering various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel within designated areas of responsibility and assisting in the development, communication, and implementation of workforce policies and procedures.
  • Successful management of assigned team members to meet organizational goals.
  • Oversee day to day operations for the HR organization.
  • Experience as a strategist in HR transformation.

Preferred Education/Experience
  • Master's Degree in HR, business, management or related field required.
  • 10 plus years in a leadership HR role that oversees multiple HR functions including HRBPs and Total Rewards.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.
